Boyle County (Ky.) Public Library
Design Details: Time Zippy is the crown jewel of Boyle County’s artworks by local artists. The piece, by Stephen Rolfe Powell, consists of 365 blown colored-glass orbs suspended under the dome of the library’s entry rotunda. Other pieces that grace the building include hand-pieced quilts, oil paintings, and a 45-inch lighted globe.
