Author Wes Moore discusses his book The Other Wes Moore, at the District of Columbia Public Library’s Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial branch October 4. His book is the featured selection for the 2011 D.C. Reads campaign. Moore and D. C. Mayor Vincent C.
