Richland County Public Library Job Center wins RUSA adult library services excellence award

CHICAGO — The 2012 RUSA Gale Cengage Award for Excellence in Reference and Adult Library Services winner is the Richland County (South Carolina) Public Library Job Center, an honor sponsored by Gale Cengage and the Reference and User Services Association (RUSA).

<p> <span>CHICAGO&mdash;The 2012 </span><a href="http://www.ala.org/rusa/awards/referenceadultservices"><span>RUSA Gale Cengage Award for Excellence in Reference and Adult Library Services</span></a><span> winner is the Richland County (South Carolina) Public Library Job Center, an honor sponsored by Gale Cengage and the </span><a href="http://www.ala.org/rusa"><span>Reference and User Services Association (RUSA)</span></a><span>.</span></p> <p> <span>The </span><a href="http://www.ala.org/rusa/awards/referenceadultservices"><span>award</span></a><span> exists to recognize and publicize an outstanding, imaginative and unique resource developed by a library to meet users&rsquo; reference needs.
