Elements contributing to the rating include a minimum of 50% Forest Stewardship Council-certified wood products; recycled materials in decorative plastic panels, chairs, and ceiling grids; low-emitting paints, adhesives, carpets, and coatings; and efficient lighting fixtures and mechanical systems.
