CHICAGO - If you haven’t registered yet for PLA’s Midwinter Institute, “Public Libraries Survive and Thrive in the 21st Century” (9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday, Jan. 7), there’s no need to worry. PLA will accept onsite registrations the morning of the Institute.
