First Lady Celebrates Dr. Seuss

Frst Lady Michelle Obama reads The Cat in the Hat to Arlington, Virginia, and District of Columbia elementary students during the National Education Association’s (NEA) 13th annual “Read Across America” day at the Library of Congress March 2. The event celebrated Dr. Seuss’s 106th birthday and kicked off the NEA’s national reading-promotion campaign.
