County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich (with scissors ) and County Librarian Margaret Donnellan Todd (far left) cut the ribbon November 4, 2009 for the new County of Los Angeles Public Library’s Antelope Valley bookmobile, which will provide service to rural and remote areas of northern Los Angeles County. The bookmobile is equipped with a satellite dish for online access to the internet and will provide public computer workstations and wireless internet access for laptop users.
