There's More to "Like" as AL Delves into Facebook

A couple weeks ago I was experimenting with FBML AL site (that’s how we get those “Like” buttons on the blog posts, for example) and at the same time experimenting with Dlvr.it to push out content. Well, one thing led to another, and now we have a Facebook Page.

Because I’m on Facebook at least as often as I’m on any other single place on the web, I’ve immediately found this to be a great way to keep up with the new articles we’re rolling out daily. Because Dlvr.it pushes out content automatically (and even provides an image to FB in most cases), making this move was a no-brainer. I’m excited to see how you, the readers, “like” it, and I look forward to getting in on the conversations surrounding the issues and topics important to libraries.
