Eat What You Love (Without the Guilt)

Marlene Koch, author of Eat What You Love Everyday, demonstrated how to make a 120-calorie, low-fat and low-sugar cupcake taste like a traditional 400-calorie version. She even had samples for the audience at the What’s Cooking @ ALA stage at 2014 ALA Annual Conference in Las Vegas on June 29.
