By completing this 20-minute survey, Welcome to the 2011 ALA Student Chapters Survey, you will provide ALA with invaluable information that no doubt will result in your having a greater ALA Student Chapter experience and in helping to ensure a greater ALA Student Chapter experience for future Student Chapter members.

Please help publicize this survey widely to Student Chapter members, elected officers, faculty advisers, directors, deans, and anyone else associated with ALA Student Chapters.

Specifically, this survey is designed to:

• Gather information that will result in helping all student chapters by finding and sharing best practices for communication, membership recruitment and retention, etc.;
• Find out whether the ALA Student Chapter experience meets your educational and professional needs; and
• Find ways to enhance the partnership between the ALA Student Chapters and the ALA Chapter Relations Office.
